The serviceman can configure from your System
remotely when minor modifications are required
and can be done from extension, which are programming
enabled (Refer Programming Manual for the same).
This can be done as follows; while talking to
serviceman Hook Flash,
and Dial
After
getting the system tone, the serviceman can reconfigure
your system from any other place. Remember never
allow anybody else to configure your system.
Note:
The serviceman requires the system password, before
doing any programming and the serviceman cannot
make any DOSA call or access any executive features
while programming remotely.
