One or two lines may be kept reserved for certain
extensions and configured for reserved group.
To Access reserved group trunk line and make outside
call, Lift hand set and listen dial tone,
Dial
You will get telephone line dial
tone and proceed for the external call dialing.
In case, you don’t get telephone line dial
tone, either all telephone lines in ‘9’
group are busy, or your extension is not entitled
to use "9" group dialing.
In case all telephone lines in
‘9’ group are busy, use Automatic
Call Back on Busy trunk Feature.
