SMDR Selective Printing
     
  One can also take selective print outs for the calls stored in buffer memory as per the parameter passed on to the system.
To take the selective printout, dial as follows,

Password +  4  9 + 
               * or  Ext + 
               * or  Trk + 
               * or  T + 
               * or  Minute + 
               * or  Start DAte + 
               * or  End Date  and hang up.

Where,
* is for all where ever applied
Ext is particular extension
Trk is particular trunk Line
T is 0 for All calls including incoming and outgoing
T is 1 for All outgoing calls including memory but excluding incoming calls
T is 2 for All outgoing calls but excluding memory outgoing and incoming calls
T is 3 for All outgoing high pulse rate calls but excluding other outgoing and incoming calls
MNT is calls with exceeding duration in minutes 01-99
St. Dt is calls after a particular date, i.e. Start Date in YY+MM+DD
End Dt. is calls before a particular date, i.e. End Date in YY+MM+DD
YY is Year from 00 to 99, for which filter should be effective
MM is Month from 01 to 12, for which filter should be effective
DD is Day from 01 to 28/29/30/31, for which filter should be effective

For example, a print out of High Pulse Rate Calls made from extension 31, using trunk 28 exceeding 5 minutes from 1st September, 2003 to 10th October, 2003, dial as follows,

Password +  4 9(EXT) 3 1(Trunk) 2 8(Type) 3(Minutes) 0 5(Start Date)0 3 0 9 0 1(End Date) 0 3 1 0 1 0 and hang up

Now for the same type of calls but from any trunk, insert * in place of 28 and dial as follows,

Password +  4 9(EXT) 3 1(All Trunk)*(Type) 3(Minutes) 0 5(Start Date) 0 3 0 9 0 1(End Date) 0 3 1 0 1 0 and hang up


Now for the same type of calls but from any extension and any trunk, insert * in place of 31 and dial as follows,

Password +  4 9(All EXT) *(All Trunk) *(Type) 3(Minutes) 0 5(Start Date) 0 3 0 9 0 1(End Date) 0 3 1 0 1 0 and hang up

Now for the same type of calls but from any extension and from 27 trunk only, dial as follows,

Password +  4 9(All EXT) *(Trunk) 2 7(Type) 3(Minutes) 0 5(Start Date) 0 3 0 9 0 1(End Date) 0 3 1 0 1 0 and hang up

Now for all outgoing calls except memory calls from any extension, only from 29 trunk with duration exceeding only 1 minute, dial as follows,

Password +  4 9(All EXT) *(Trunk) 2 9(Type) 2(Minutes) 0 1(Start Date) 0 3 0 9 0 1(End Date) 0 3 1 0 1 0 and hang up

Now for all outgoing calls except memory calls from any extension, from any trunk with duration exceeding only 3 minute but from 1st September 2003, till today dial as follows,

Password +  4 9(All EXT) *(All Trunk) *(Type) 2(Minutes) 0 3(Start Date) 0 3 0 9 0 1(End Date)*and hang up
