The extensions are required to use personnel password
for many purposes and on first time usage of the
extension the password is to be changed from default
(5678) to a new password to enable dialing and
to access various executive features. The personnel
password can be and should be different for each
extensions and global passwords. When the user
forgets for some reason, the personnel password
then programmer can reset the password to default
one and user is required to re-programme from
user's extension only. This can be done as follows,
