This window provides various options to view the data in database. The data should be limited to size by deletion of records or otherwise PC will become slow when Database becomes very large over a period of time. The Selection can be as per Extension, Line, Type of Call, Date wise, Duration and number or name as per address book. Select Line from CO selection Menu (remove All option), Extension from Ext selection Menu (remove All option), Type from Call Type selection Menu (remove All option), Date from Filter By Date Menu to set Filter. User can also type Duration from seconds menu and Grid will show call exceeding selected duration. Particular Telephone Number or Name can also be selected from Telephone No. Menu and Grid will only show calls to that number. The Total pulses are the number of pulses as per STD table Pulse Rate and selection. Always press Refresh after selection to view correct data.

Individual records can be deleted by right click with mouse and delete on that data. All the shown records in grid can also be deleted by pressing Delete All Button. Printout and Backup can be taken after selection of options and pressing Report Button followed by Refresh Button. Report is generated on pressing Report Button which shows envelope sign on top to take backups in various formats such as  Access , excel, word, RTF, CSV etc.
