Most
of the customer required frequent change in music
on hold and rather prefer external music source
such as FM, Tape recorder, CD Player etc.. But
problem arises when external source stops or fails
and many times user comes to know from the caller
that music is not working. Here only once user
have to connect external source and internal music
is automatically taken over once external source
fails. As soon as external source becomes active,
internal source is bypassed automatically. The
External Music can also be given Paging System
which can also used for Channel Music System and
vice versa
