To access the executive features from remote station user has to enter personnel password after line is seized by the system and system is ready to accept DTMF dialling. Dial 8 followed by your extension number and then personnel password. After doing so if password is correct, user will get acceptance tone, indicating system is ready for the feature access.

For Example, user of extension number 31 having password 2121 has to dial 8+31+2121.

Note: Personnel Password of an extension is accepted only in case of extension and system DOSA both are active or extension have facility to access security and monitoring feature with feature card attached to the system, other wise call will be terminated to default termination.
