Dial respective Microphone number followed by 6 to access it. The Microphone will remain active for 60 seconds, and after that automatically Microphone gets disconnected and user will listen acceptance tone. For again accessing the same or other Microphone, repeat the procedure.

In case Microphone is inactivated by system programming user will get rejection tone and for activated Microphone user will be able to listen the talks in the surrounding area of the Microphone. During the Microphone access, most of the time, the DTMF dialling is not detected by the system so wait until the Microphone timeout and dial next desired code.

Note: The features listed above are accessible only after valid and authentic Password Entry. The extension users with only DOSA or executive feature access enable, can only access the respective features only. A executive extension user with disabled extension DOSA but enabled system DOSA can not make DOSA calls but can access executive features. DOSA enabled extension with enabled system DOSA but disabled executive features cannot use executive features from remote dialling but can use DOSA feature.
